certified to Boeing document D6-56273 "Qualifications of Heat Blankets for Hot
Bonding Composites" This guarantees a thermal uniformity of +/-10 degrees F. across
the surface of the blanket.
Also available
certified to MIL.STD.810E, 511, 3, Procedure 1 for operation in hazardous locations.
The internal heating grid is fabricated from
nichrome wire.
The grid is laminated between two sheets of
silicone impregnated fiberglass cloth.
Power requirements:
The wattage is determined by the area and density of the grid.
